SUBSCRIBING TO NOVACAST

You won't find NovaCast directly advertising on TV, radio, billboards, magazines, etc. Instead we provide our service through Marketing Partners who want to offer our service to their customers/clients, employees, members, congregants, supporters, etc. In addition to saving their people money while providing excellent and extensive TV content, these companies become affiliates. We work with companies of all types: membership organizations, faith-based and charitable organizations, companies that want to offer benefits to their employees, etc. If you would like more information on becoming a NovaCast Marketing Partner, please contact the person or organization who introduced you to NovaCast, or go to our Contact Us page.

ABOUT OUR TEAM - OVERVIEW

The IPTV content platform that stands behind NovaCast has been very successfully in use in Europe, the UK, Asia and other parts of the world for ten years. We are most excited to now offer it on a large scale to the USA.

Our highly experienced internal group consists of a technical team, a support team, a marketing team, a financial team, and most importantly, a TV media team, all of whom are dedicated to bringing you a comprehensive and extensive menu of almost everything available on TV today. Together the teams have decades of experience in television media, content distribution, and running successful marketing campaigns.

NovaCast is headquartered in Annapolis, Maryland, with offices in Lynchburg, Virginia and Wyoming.

NOVACAST OWNERSHIP

NovaCast IPTV is owned by Nova-Cast LLC. Nova-Cast LLC is primarily owned By Carl Townsend of Forest, Virginia and NovaCast Management, LLC, of which Jim Bland of Annapolis, Maryland, is the managing member (see their resumes on Leadership page). Nova-Cast, LLC, and NovaCast Management, LLC are both headquartered at 705 Melvin Avenue, Annapolis MD 21401.

BECOMING AN AFFILIATE

When consumers choose to subscribe to NovaCast, they are given the option of becoming affiliates AFTER they have subscribed. Our intention is always to market the IPTV service. Our Affiliate marketing network is managed by ACZ Media of St. George, Utah. The important things to note about our program are:

There is NO fee paid by the affiliate for becoming an affiliate.
There is NO fee paid by an affiliate for advancement.
Affiliates are NOT required to become paid subscribers.
No affiliate is ever paid a fee for recruiting another affiliate.

Affiliate Compensation

Instead of using expensive advertising, subscribers come to NovaCast through introduction by Affiliates, who earn revenue by sharing NovaCast IPTV with friends, family and co-workers.

Affiliate and Subscriber Support

NovaCast and ACZ Media each maintain comprehensive online “Back Offices” to support affiliates.
Subscriber and Affiliate questions and complaints are handled through an online “ticket” system by a streaming service team, a content platform team, and a customer service team. We aim to respond to tickets within 24 hours.

We Only Market the Service

NovaCast is a streaming service with an affiilate component, not an affiliate program that markets a streaming service. We instruct our affiliates to NOT recruit affiliates, but, rather, promote the service and let subscribers choose to become affiliates after learning about the service. Subscribers can also choose to become affiliates at a later date.

NOVACAST SUBSCRIPTIONS & CANCELLATIONS

New subscribers are charged a monthly fee of $49.95 by ACZ Media by credit or debit card upon enrolling and are processed though a major, highly secure processing facility and monthly renewals are automatic until cancelled.

Monthly renewal charges are processed five (5) days prior to their renewal dates so that in the event the charge fails, our processing team can reach out to the subscriber in time to receive a new card so as to prevent the subscriber’s service from being turned off.

Cancellations: New subscribers can cancel for a no questions asked full refund within three (3) days of subscribing. After three (3) days, a subscriber can cancel at any time by logging into their “back office” on our affiliate website. Cancellations will take place on the monthly anniversary date of their enrollment.

A subscription covers five devices. That means you can watch NovaCast on up to five devices at a time, but you can load it onto as many devices as you choose.

ABOUT IPTV SERVICE (Please see the video on the Home page of this website)

We believe that IPTV will replace cable and other forms of TV service within a few years. It is less expensive and, depending on your provider, can provide excellent reception and wide-ranging content.

That said, IPTV is not perfect...at least not yet. No IPTV service is.

All IPTV services, at least occasionally, have slight buffering issues. It happens on Netflix, it happens on HBOMax, it happens on NovaCast. But we are constantly working on improving the service and, in fact, have made several major upgrades over the past few months (written in August 2026) and have more coming very soon and beyond.

To use an IPTV service, you need to use a “player”, which you can quickly download onto your device(s). When subscribing, you will receive access to our comprehensive “back office” and find easy instructions there. Why do you need a player? Think of vinyl records. You can’t hear the music by holding the record up to your ear. You need a record player. Same principle here.

The best way to receive excellent service on your television is by using an Android streaming stick (such as Amazon Fire Sticks.) Ours is called the NovaStick and is available on our website.

IMPORTANT: If you already have an Amazon Fire TV Stick, (MAX or PLUS), it works just as well as our NovaStick and you do not have to spend money buying another “Stick”. Simple instructions on how to use a Fire Stick for NovaCast are in our Subscriber Back Office and easy to follow.

100% LICENSED CONTENT - How can we provide our content at our price?

We can do this because our contractual arrangement, through a content aggregator, is different than those designed for individual streaming services, each with specific but limited content.

In this arrangement, all our content providers benefit from ALL sales to ALL our customers, not just from the small percentage who may sign up for a specific streaming service. Because the economics are based on large distribution volume, rather than a separate retail subscription for each specific streaming service, we can include access to a wide range of programming. Content providers receive revenue from every subscriber in our system instead of just those relatively few who enroll in a specific limited service. That is how our licensing works and it is 100% legitimate.

That said, specific contractual percentages, licensing terms, and commercial agreements are not something we disclose publicly, as we must respect our partners’ business models, non-disclosure clauses which appear in every agreement, and avoid negatively affecting their individual subscription sales.

Think of it this way. Years ago if you wanted to buy music, you went to a store and for $14.99 you bought a record or CD and you now owned 12 songs. Everyone involved shared in the $14.99...the store, the artist, the musicians, the songwriter, the record company, etc. Today, for between $12.99 and $21.99 per month you can join Spotify and download literally millions of songs. The artists, musicians, etc., instead of receiving a small number of larger “pieces of the pie” get a much larger number of smaller pieces. Our system works the same way.

Like any responsible business, we respect the confidentiality clauses in our agreements as well as our right to protect our proprietary intellectual property. We believe every other IPTV company, large or small, would do the same.

Nova-Cast LLC has retained the services of ACZ Media to run its affiliate program, including charging and refunding consumers and paying commissions earned to affiliates.
